Adding working remotely to your resume: It's part of the new norm
Working remotely makes it harder to feel connected to the company or your role,
and makes communication more challenging. On top of this,
if you’re not communicating face-to-face, it’s harder to interpret
a colleague’s tone of voice or body language. But having this
information on your Perth Resume or CV opens up a lot of
opportunities for people willing to embrace the change.

Working from home has become a normal part of the Australian way of life. - Have set working hours - when you are supposed to be working, then work. But remember to add in break times too. If you are used to going for a walk at "lunch time" then make sure you keep to this routine.
- Dress appropriately. If you are expected to meet with colleagues on video, turning up in your PJ's is not acceptable. Keep up your dressing routine helps to keep structure to your working day.
- When you finish work, finish - don't be tempted to work over-time, just because you don't have to "travel" home.
- Work-life balance is even more important when you are working remotely. Ensure you maintain good mental health practices.
